I don’t usually write reviews, but Bill Johnston at County Line Auto Parts deserves one. He’s the kind of guy who actually knows what he’s talking about and takes the time to figure out what you need without making you jump through hoops. Tracking down the exact part I asked for was no problem for him—he just went and got it. Prices were straight up, communication was quick, and the whole thing went smoother than I expected. I’ll be back anytime I need parts, no question.

Five stars doesn’t do them justice—these people are that good. Kip’s the best. Even when the shop’s packed he’ll pause what he’s doing to make sure I leave with the right part and it gets to me when I need it. Yeah, they’ve got what I’m looking for, but what matters more is knowing they’ll be there the next time I need something. Couldn’t ask for better.

Kip makes every visit easy. He’s friendly, knows his stuff, and gets you the parts for a good price without the runaround. If they don’t have it on site, he pulls it from his network fast—no searching around for you. Just tell him what you need, and he makes it happen. Hard to beat that kind of service.

Anthony’s saved me more times than I can count. He’s found parts for all kinds of vehicles I’ve worked on, and every time he nails it. Last time it was a radiator, condenser, and cooling fan for a 2015 Chrysler 300, a shifter for a 2016 Buick Regal, and a door for my 2023 Jeep—no problem. He just figures it out. County Line’s got a huge selection of parts and the staff really knows their stuff. Alma’s the one I always ask for, and she’ll dig up anything I need without me even having to ask twice. She answers every question I throw at her, even sends pictures so we know we’re on the same page, and she’s always in a good mood when I call. Whenever I need parts fast and cheap, this is where I go first.

Ordered parts from Cody twice now, and both times they came in like new—no rust, no damage, just solid pieces. Prices are way better than anywhere else I’ve checked. The guy even threw in a little extra help once when I was stuck figuring out a part number. At this point, I don’t even bother looking elsewhere—if I need something, I’m calling Cody.
